I would suggest for that price that even though they will allow you to use
150GB/mo, that their 'pipelines' (to put things in simple terms) are not big
enough to make it possible for you to use anywhere near 150GB/mo. More
specifically, they would probably use packet shaping techniques to ensure
that each server could only maintain a relatively small data transfer rate.
