Read item 15 of the TOS - specifically, the very last clause
of the first sentence - starting at "or for any other". Then read
item 18 section d. Then read the Network Performance section of
the AUP - specifically the second paragraph.
I really should have kept my mouth shut. For all I know
this outfit is a great provider. Make no mistake about it, I'm not
saying they are not. All I'm doing is pointing out the kind of
things that sometimes sneak up and bite you. Their verbiage just
happens to be what we're using for this particular example.
