I called cobalt here in emea, and they said they didn' t know the problem existed.
It also misterously disapeared.

We had the same problem with a 733/2x30gb model, which we
could never get to progress past the setup page. According
to Cobalt, the first production run had a flaw which was
subject to noise/vibration/interference.

For us, the only recourse was to RMA it for a replacement
unit, which has been running fine since.
