[cobalt-users] DNS REGISTER PROBLEM !

I have a problem, i buy my first dedicated server  raq4i with dns  activated
but when wanting to do transacts to register dns and IP gives the following
error me!
Error: pendsetup: (540) one of specified IP addresses is already in uses;
That I do?
Help Me !!!
