Richard,
Try going into your webalizer.conf file and setting Incremental to
yes. Make sure you uncomment the line. On the section belo that,
uncomment the line for the name of the file.
I had a "similar but completely different" problem, where my webalizer
would restart stats every few days. Incremental fixed this; so I'm
hoping it helps with your problem.
Other than that, I'd say try looking around the webalizer site to see
if someone else has had the same problem, do a search on Google, read
the docs for version2 a few times, and as a last resort, email the
author - it might be a bug.
