Search the archives, man... several people went to *war* with the RackShack (or RaqShack, I forget the spelling). Not a pretty thing, long thread on it. My conclusion from participating in that thread and from what I read and saw on their website was that they were either the victim of an incredibly unlucky and unlikely misinterpretation, or they were indeed misleading customers and doing something like a bait-and-switch.
