Todd, if I understand you correctly - The username wsinfo cannot take any
alias no matter what you create. Delete the user wsinfo and create a new
user (use the same name if you want) then create a few aliases for that
username.
If there is still issues - you will want to take it one step further and
look at the /etc/mail/virtusertable and see what the entries look like for
the aliases for that domain. You can view them by `cat
/etc/mail/virtusertable |grep domain.com` - this will output to the screen
all the line entries assigned to domain.com
