But if i send to wsinfo@xxxxxxxxxx it works fine. Yes I have looked
throught the archives but there wasn't a lot of answers that helped me.

Todd, Try creating another alias under the user wsinfo and see if that
works - if so then try the info alias again OR remove the info alias (save)
then put back in (save).
