I solved the problem which was that my additional IP addresses did not reconfigured themselves at bootup time. So Apache was lost

Portsentry doesn't watch port 80 by default. And if a service is running on
it (as in the webserver) when portsentry starts it will ignore it anyway.
For the original poster, try stopping apache or kill the pid that was
referenced in his original email.

/etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd stop

Or

kill -9 pid_here

Then try restarting apache

/etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd start

Let us know what happens.  BTW, the Cobalt GUI runs on a different port
(port 81) than the regular webserver. You may have known that, just thought
I'd mention to clarify why that's accessible.
