[cobalt-users] Qube3 OS Update 2 failure ... ?!?

I've just updated my Qube3 using the BlueLinQ to the latest Qube3 OS Update
2,
and since that time, my qube refuse to launch my DSL line.

My DSL modem is on the II lan port as expected and i've been runing this
confirguration since month without problems, the only change i made since
about  2weeks on the server is: the Qube3 OS Update !

My web site & Lan are since that time down :(

So, I'm in very big trouble ...

I've tried to launch it manual using the
/etc/rc.d/init.d/adsl start
but it fail with a timeout message !

> Bringing up ADSL link...........TIMED OUT
> cat: /var/run/pppoe.pid: No such file or directory
> /etc/rc.d/init.d/adsl: echo_failure: command not found

I've notice in the "ps x" process some defunct "pperld" process, can it come
from a defectuous .pkg packaging of pperld from cobalt ?

Please note that the OS update setup finished without any message or error
...

Any help  [ tips, trics, .... or even solutions :)  ] will be greatly
appreciate !
