I went on their site Wed and all the links that used to point to RaQ3
now go to Raq4s. I couldn't find any info about RaQ3 on the site outside
of the Knowledge Base. Finally I used a bookmark to a RaQ3 page and was
able to then access all kinds of RaQ3 pages. Looked to me like they are
phasing it out... or were in the middle of a botched upgrade to the
navigation??
