I think, you may want to talk to a lawyer, but you'd be better off getting
your customer subscribed to the cobalt announce list that sends out
notifications of updates. I'd be wary of offering to patch the servers due
to the many bad patches that come out and the fact that the patches don't
always fix the hack and another patch comes out shortly after.
