I'm trying to configure the "Mail Server Name" under:
Control Panel -> DNS -> Parameters -> mydomain.co.uk -> Modify Mail Server (MX)
Record
to use an IP address of a computer on a different network (a Lotus Notes server
to be precise), but it will only accept a fully qualified domain name.
Is there any way around this? - There is nothing in the knowledgebase that would
suggest so.
I am a serious novice at this sort of thing.
Hope someone can help me out.
Regards,
S.
