Perhaps you should evaluate the Joydesk Groupware from 
Virtualtek, very nice piece of software (evaluated it once for a 
customer) - there's a trial download and a online demonstration 
available (http://www.joydesk.com). 

The Business version supports shared calendars and 
addressbooks, as well as task management.
