[cobalt-users] OT: Best Registrar?

I wanted to know who is the best registrar out there?  I use a little
Network Solutions and then Joker.com some too, but I have some serious
doubts about NetSol's features and security.  I would like to find one great
place to put all my domains with and have great features to maintain my
domains.

The big catch is features.
