[cobalt-users] PHP Help?

Hi,

I tried the procedure in the knowledge base for installing PHP3 but
somehow PHP
does not seem to work. What may be the problem? I am a reluctant
webmaster who is a newbie to remote server administration (and to Linux,
come to that)
I am using a RaQ3.

I downloaded  and installed the packages below.
I also downloaded MySQL and installed it too, but it seems to work fine.

                     php-3.0.14-2.i386.rpm
                     php-manual-3.0.14-2.i386.rpm
                     php-mysql-3.0.14-2.i386.rpm
                     php-pgsql-3.0.14-2.i386.rpm
                     freetype-1.2-7.i386.rpm
                     freetype-devel-1.2-7.i386.rpm
                     freetype-utils-1.2-7.i386.rpm
                     gd-1.3-5.i386.rpm
                     gd-devel-1.3-5.i386.rpm

Is there anything I forgot to do or what? (Or Am I a complete retard?)
