I have a customer that is having difficulties sending email via my server. I
have a system that redirects emails. In 99 out of 100 emails they get
through fine - then we have a brief period (up to an hour) when he can't get
emails to me and they queue on his system giving a host unreachable. When
that happens I've noticed that I get the following message in my maillog.
This ip is one from his ISP according to apnic.

(203.123.74.225): -ERR [AUTH] Access is blocked for UIDs below 10
does anyone have any clues on this.
I have my dns setup such that his domain (sea-view.net) is served by a
nameserver on my machine and a secondary on a machine in NZ.
