CMU is broken.. here are some tips that we came up with before doing away
with it and writing our own...

TO answer your questions.. It is supposed to and most of the time does
copy the data from each virtual site.. and the logs..

It won't copy over the dns info, but if you copy /etc/named/records and
plop it into your new server, go to the server management, and hit 'save
settings' in the dns properties.. it will create the zone files for you.

We created a nice utility.. dubbed the 'AMU' (Aspre Migration Utility..
heh) for migrating raq3 -> raq3 and raq4 -> raq4, and i'm trying to get
them to just open source it and make it available on our site.. they're
still thinking it over though.. Anyhoo.. i'll post updates on here when i
find out.

Hope this helps out a little.. also, if you're using frontpage
extentions, you'll really want to disable them on all your sites before
you migrate.. then re-enable again afterwards.. and save a lot of time
troubleshooting frontpage with that wonderful single error that it gives
ya ;)
