IMHO theres nothing wrong /dev/hda1 represents the OS and other Linux
stuff.
Even my own virgin system - up only 24 hours - shows the flwg:
df
Filesystem 1k-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on
/dev/hda1 743466 589227 154239 79% /
/dev/hda3 198601 10574 188027 5% /var
/dev/hda4 17671528 99804 17571724 1% /home
[admin admin]$
The interesting question is what do you have installed on hda1
