There is no running NTP server shipped with Cobalt products. The UI allows
time to synch via ntpdate but it isn't running any NTP server program.
[root /etc]# chkconfig --list xntpd
xntpd 0:off 1:off 2:off 3:off 4:off 5:off 6:off
[root /etc]#
