Thanks Dan - could perhaps be the last point - for the redirect accounts I
only use the DNS on my own server - I set up a secondary on another server
only for my hosting accounts. We are going to do a mess of tests over the
next two days - so hopefully I will find the problem - although if he
couldn't find my DNS I would have expected some sort of error message -
still - it's a challenge :-)
