Correct. Without going into all of the details, Cobalt OS cannot be run on
non-Cobalt hardware. This topic has been discussed since the RaQ1 came out
in the long, long ago. And after seeing the original poster's second
message in this thread, I got the idea that is exactly what the person
wanted to do.

For the benefit of other list members and those searching the archives,
please change the subject if you encounter one that is:

1. Annoying (like the original for this thread with...oh, 50 or so
exclamation points).
2. Doesn't have a subject.
3. Doesn't have a subject that really describes what the message is about.

For example, the original post to this thread was about the location of a
downloadable copy of the Cobalt software. It had the same annoying subject
line that the rest of this thread did. I changed it to "Location of ISO
images (restoure CD sources) [was: URGENT:!...]". That tells you exactly
what the thread was about, which makes it easier to decide whether to read,
easier to find when looking for it, weeks later and contributes to making
search engine interfaces for the list archives more effective.
