It's going to be difficult to help unless you give the details of what you
tried. The flags used in the ./configure step are particularly important.

When you do "locate sigcontext.h" what output do you get? You may have to
create a symbolic link from the expected file location to the actual file
locations. See "man ln" for details on creating symbolic links. Usage is
like "ln -s path_to_source path_to_destination" where path_to_source is the
existing location of the file. You'll probably get this resolved a lot
faster if you post on the php mailing list. See www.php.net for details on
subscribing to it.
