First thing to try. Open the site live, File -> Open -> www.domain.com Then
click on Tools and Recalculate Hyperlinks.
(One thing I do for my clients is prepare a custom FormMail.pl with their
address hard coded into it. I create a "cgi" directory in their FrontPage
site and place it there as contact.pl instead of using the FP form handler
for email forms. It's a lot easier and the email arrives with the sender's
name and email address as the reply.)

The archives are really slow right now, but I know this exact problem was
recently discussed on the list.
