The sendmail in the RaQ can corrupt error messages returned by the system
thus sometimes the error messages are not correct.
In some cases (before 8.11),
sendmail reports the wrong error, this is most likely one of
those. It's probably just a connection/network failure.
Sendmail suggestion for a fix "Just install 8.11.2."
