Of course, I assume that is an example, not that you are trying to add the 
same to all of your sites.

You would have to do it this way:

specify a catch all for each site:

@www.some_domain1.co.uk
@www.some_domain2.co.uk
...

and then forward each of the catch-all accounts to 
whatever@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
