I had to check this out.  It's not an Interliant proprietary webmail app,
it's AtDot - which if I recall correctly is an open source third party app.

The tar on the Interliant site was for a RaQ2 and you have a RaQ4.  Not sure
if that's what you tried to install, but you'll have to get the source from
AtDot.  However, I can't get there myself right now and I know no longer
have the sourcecode handy.
