This pkg file is for both the RaQ 3 and 4... installed on my -3 and working
quite well... once installed, go into the webalizer.conf file and uncomment
the line 

#incremental no

and change it to 

incremental yes

you'll get stats reports for a year this way, regardless of log rotation..
