One thing you didn't specify, or I just didn't get you right. Is the RaQ
you added these records on IS ns1.launchsite.co.uk? Because if not, when
someone looks up your domain, he doesn't even ask your RaQ.
If what I've said is correct, you'll either have to:
a) make modifications to the domain, to have your RaQ as the first nameserver.
b) ask launchsite.co.uk (which appears to be your provider if you gave
their nameservers), to add the appropriate DNS records in their NS1&NS2.
