You're definitely not being robbed. Without knowing what level of service
you're getting, what the network and data center are like and how competent
the company's personnel are, I'd say that the price itself is very
competetive. Everything else being equal, if you don't need more than 5 GB
of data transfer per month and don't need more IP addresses having them
available isn't worth anything to you. You really only need more IPs for
anonymous FTP and secure certificates. Nearly every company in a business
like this has expectations about their average customer's actual usage and
creates packages with limits that are higher and prices their packages
accordingly. Even if your dedicated hosting provider doesn't have to spend
a single minute supporting you or your server, they've had to purchase an
asset (the server), install it and set it up, pay for electricity and
bandwidth, bill you and maintain your customer records and pay for overhead
like rent, insurance and make payroll. Since I assume they're in it to make
a profit, they're definitely not getting rich off of you. ;-) Keep in mind
though that with the overcapacity of tier 1 providers (at least in the US)
keep in mind that bandwidth costs should be falling, much like long distance
and mobile phone rates have over the last few years.

Who knows when you will get this. Today I noticed messages of mine showing
up on-list from anywhere between 30 minutes and 25 hours after I sent them,
in no particular order...
