[cobalt-users] procmail on RaQ4 not working

I've scanned the FAQ's but cannot find an instance of someone
successfully running procmail on a RaQ4.  I've also followed
many generic online "tutorials" on setting this up for RedHat,
but it doesn't seem to work on the RaQ4.  Permissions on the
files and directories have been double-checked.  I've tried
this many times without any success.

Can anyone provide a working example for the RaQ4?
