Had the same reboot failure 3 times in feb/mar after upgrading some cobalt pkg.
Since then everytime I upgrade my hands get wet because my RaQ3 is miles away.
There is one alternative way of handling cobalt pkgs but should only be taken
if one upgrade fails without any error notice (had this with imap-update: imap
was simply not running properly but running a bit).
You can untar the pkgs and you will get rpms (with tar xzf xxx.pkg). But your
gui will not notice this so it won't appear in your list of installed upgrades.
Hence, this was the only way for me to get imap running again, as the gui will
deny to overwrite a once installed package. As it wasn't possible to run the
uninstall script (it simply refuses to work without error message, cobalt
support did the same) either, this was the hard way to reinstall the broken
package and it worked.
