There is nothing you can do through the gui that you cannot do via shell
access so you should be able to administer it okay - the hardest part will
be the apache conf and the zone files for your domains.
To be honest you have probably done yourself a favour, it takes away one
inherant insecurity in the cobalt system, and you'll learn very fast if you
dont restore the gui - there isn't really that much to learn, but you really
learn the back-end stuff.
