It sounds like you're talking about RAID, that I believe is available.
There were some discussions on this a while ago that involved automated
backups and FTP. It doesn't do a mirror in real time, rather on a nightly
basis, or some other schedule.

There have also been some mentions, although I haven't seen anyone say
they're using it, of rsync:

Another possibility, if you're intent is to have a backup:

To have this all happen the moment someone uploads a new file so it's a
real-time mirror, from what I've read, that would be a *lot* more difficult.
