[cobalt-users] RaQ differences?

Another newbie question that I haven't seen addressed in searching the list
archives... and can't find on the Cobalt site. Here's the general question
(and answering this will likely answer my specific question):
Is there a somewhat comprehensive comparitive chart showing the functional
and physical differences between the various Qubes and Raqs? If not, such a
chart would help someone like myself make a purchase decision of a
used/refurb RaQ vs a new one.
Now for my specific question:
Apart from the obvious processor and bus differences, what is different
between the RaQ2, the RaQ3 and the RaQ4? Are they all still supported with
current software updates? Is there a level of functionality that Cobalt/Sun
will never take the RaQ2 beyond, thus providing a major reason to only
consider an Intel-based RaQ? Same thing between the RaQ3 and RaQ4?
I am debating between purchasing a RaQ2 ($650) or a RaQ3 ($900)... or even
just renting one from a host (4webhosting.com or rackspace.com).
Thoughts? Comments? Did I miss some obvious FAQ post somewhere?
