I think it's unhappy cause you are using winders and your ' isn't really a
single quote but is an extended character cause windows likes to have
open/close single quotes as a special code....so IMP is in fact being
given a 'strange; character code...maybe declaring a different meta
character set in the enclosing web page will make IE behave? (guessing)
