I've got my new XTR running well enough but I *frequently* get timeout error
messages from my Outlook Express client when I try to send a message. The
Outlook client comes back with a message stating that it was unable to
connect with the SMTP server and would I wish to wait another 60 seconds.
Whenever I wait an additional 60 seconds the e-mail will always be sent
during that second 60 second period of time. Often Outlook Express will
state that there was no socket available, but not all of the times. Yes, I
am aware that Outlook Express is not the most favorite of clients out there,
and I've had this problem across Windows 98/ME/2000 with different versions
so I'm inclined to believe it's something within the Cobalt XTR, maybe a
configuration setting somewhere deep?
