[cobalt-users] RaQ - Majordomo Site Admin Bounce Messages

This happens on all the RaQ servers, but specifically on the RaQ 4i, I need
the
siteadmin for each site to get bounced messages from their list.  Right now
it seems
that only the server admin gets this message, and the siteadmin has no idea
of the
error messages.

Any ideas on how to modify the config files so that when a list is created,
that the messages go to the list of siteadmins for that site, and not the
server admin?  Or at least goes to both?
