Notice the part about "responsible." The Interstate speed limit may be
legally posted at 65 mph. I am free to drive slower, to 45 MPH in most
states. I could do so, but most drivers would be flipping me off and
screaming at me for "congesting" the flow of traffic. See a similarity to
the list ? It is less stressful to go with the flow and it does not cause a
problem for others.

Point taken but, note that it is not marked "Obsolete" which would infer the
information was deemed by the Internet community as worthless or no longer
valid.
