[cobalt-users] Fastcgi Installation?

I found a banner program that utilizes fastcgi to make things run faster.
I've done quite a bit of reading and still remain confused.  Has anyone had
any luck installing fastcgi on a RAQ3?  Are there any step by step
instructions for installing on a RAQ?  I did a search on cobalts site and
came up empty handed.
