Can you try connecting to it from another IP? Preferably from a
dialup/DSL that gets assigned dynamic IP address at each connection?
Try connecting through SSH first. What mode are you using, by the way?
If you switch to Advanced TCP and UDP mode, it shouldn't block you
from accessing port 80.
Once you are in the shell (using SSH, of cource, and a dynamic IP
address), do the following.
1. PICO or VI into portsentry.blocked.atcp and portsentry.blocked.audp
and delete your IP address from the list.
2. PICO/VI into /etc/hosts.deny and delete your IP from the list.
3. /sbin/route delete -host 111.222.333.444 reject, where
111.222.333.444 is your IP address.
Now, you should be able to connect to the server from your static IP
address.
