I had the same problem,
I called cobalt, and they hadn't a solution,
so now they are working on it
When i have a solution, I let it know.

Hello All,
Here is the issue:
I setup a virtual site.
I add:
User A
User B
Both are Site Admins
I upload the site with User A
User B logs in and tries to upload and update a file that is on the
site. "Permission Denied"
Why? I thought if you are a site admin you would have permission. If not
why have more than one site admin.
I think I'm missing something fundamental here.
