Odds are the module installed fine. Cobalt put OpenSSL in a
non standard place. That's what is causing your problem. Someone
else may have a better solution, but the easiest and cleanest fix I
know of is to simply install another OpenSSL where it is supposed to
be, /usr/local/SSL
