I'm not sure if someone's already answered this one, so I'll just toss in my
2 cents. I've not run Squid or MRTG on a Cobalt, but I have run BigBrother.
The installation went without a hitch, following the standard install docs,
but... You *will* have to change some permissions on both ping and one of
your logfiles; /var/log/messages, I believe. When you are ready to install
BigBrother (if you choose to do so), feel free to email me off-list and I'll
give you all the help I can.
