Yup, there are heaps of misconfigured nameservers out there, the problem
is having non-working in-addr data doesn't generally break much, so people
don't bother checking/fixing it...
Aggrivating this is recent flakiness with the root in-addr.arpa servers...
As long is it's not your own IP in there, there isn't all that much you
can really do about it ( i used to occasionally mention it to people
responsble, but they rarely care ):
