To Frank Cubillos and Dan Kriwitsky - for your information I submitted this
question about 6 days ago, it was only after I had submitted the question
that the issue was 'discussed to death'.  Also, I don't know why your
attitudes are the way they are - I'm only seeking the advice of others.  If
my ignorance pisses you off that much then why bother replying?  Surely I'm
not worth it?  Or have you nothing better to do?  Or can you not find it
within yourselves to just let this go...probably not, I expect a misspelt
and derogatory reply from yourselves within the hour - don't let me down!

To Gerald Waugh and Bill - thank you guys, that was a great help.
