Hi,
We are running a RaQ3i and using it to forward over 800 email forwarding
accounts through one domain. We've had no problems with this or the amount
of traffic. We also have sub-domains (e.g division1.domain.com and
division2.domain.com etc) setup with web space for them all sharing the same
IP but they do not have email going through them.
The problem is whenever someone sends mail through the server all email
headers, return receipts etc show the IP address of the server and
translates it into one of the sub domains rather than the main one. Does
anyone know how to change it so a reverse lookup on the IP address will
always return the domain I it want to?
We don't have DNS enabled on there, that's all done by our co-lo ISP and
have proven to be unhelpful with this so far.
Thanks in advance.
