[cobalt-users] Raq4/CGIWrap - Permission Denied -Solved but what chmode ?

Hi the problem was solved then I changed to the VH site admin username.
My quistion is why....properly stupid query but I thougt the admin should be OK.
Everyone is actually exe. the script.... sorry, but I need to think little bit more. :-))

One of the persons who gave feedback (Gerald) asked about I had set the script to mode 711
Its properly correct that too....

But what is recomanded ? 755 / 711 ??

is the file 755?
is the owner someone who belong to the group of that site?
is the path to perl correct?
You can look at 
/home/log/httpd/error
for useful info
