Yes, they are the same, and it's (eth0) been at that specific IP address 
when it was on DSL. It seems related to establishing (or failing to 
establish) the network connection trough the modem. There's a window 
when network services have been established until it dials up that I can 
ping  the Qube, then once it dials I loose all communication to it.
