If it meets your needs, you can create a new virtual host through the GUI
like you normally would, then edit /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf for that
virtual host and change:
DocumentRoot /home/sites/siteX/web
to:
DocumentRoot /home/sites/siteX/web/123
